Transporting Objects problem

Hi,

Normally SAP was suggesting use a single SLD for all the systesms in our Landscape (DEV ,QUALITY, PROD) ..

but here we have seperate SLD's for each system.. then how can we transport the objects from one system to another system...

please suggest me basic steps for this..
