Assuming you meant "pathetic" instead of "pethatic" I would say you better watch the language you are using on the forum. Rajesh or for that matter no one else is under any obligation to help you. People are taking time out from their work to help you. If you like the answer fine otherwise just pass it on. Don't need to be rude.

I simply can't understand why one cannot type help.sap.com in the browser and then click on the search button..Instead they wan't someone else to do the same thing for them!
