customizig Includes during activation

Hello Community ,

I have enhanced with 2 new entities type BP model, but when I try to activate the data model, it starts to request transport order for new Customizing includes like this

CI_MDG_SD_BP_ADDRESS

Is that normal ? I have done this before but itr is the first time I see this behaviour .
