Set Release of the Shopping Cart

Hello Friends,

What are the conditions in which we set release the shopping cart (T-code bbp_pd_sc_status_change_wf) ?

when we use the transaction clean_reqreq_up and bbp_reqreq_transfer

Hi Satya,

clean_reqreq_up and bbp_extreq_transfer are the reports and not transactions that are scheduled as background jobs in SRM & R/3 respectively.

You can execute the reports using SA38 transaction.

clean_reqreq_up report is used to clean the reqreq entries in the core system.

In case the P.O is created from a shopping cart it clears the entry (Shopping cart) from Sourcing cockpit.

bbp_extreq_transfer report is used in back end R/3 system for transferring the purchase requisitions from EPRTRANS table in R/3 to SRM system as external requirement.This is used in Plan Driven Procurement scenario.
