Change The Description of SC Approval

Hi experts,

By default, the approval description like this:

"Approve shopping cart (username) with value (xxx) USD".

I need to change it become:

"Approve _SC (SC Number)_ from (username) with value (xxx) USD".

Can anyone tell me which program/badi to be modified?
