Runtime TIME_OUT error when processing Inbound IDOCS using the batch job

We have SAP R/3 4.7 Enterprise system with OS as HP-UX 11.0 and Oracle 9i as database.

The SAP_Basis 620 patch level is 0062 and SAP_APPL 470 patch level is 0021.

I am getting a Runtime TIME_OUT error when processing Inbound IDocs using the batch job.

What happened?

The program "SAPLSNR3" has exceeded the maximum permitted runtime without

interruption, and has therefore been terminated.

Information on where terminated

The termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLSNR3" in "READ_NRIV".

The main program was "SAPMV45A ".

The termination occurred in line 242 of the source code of the (Include)

program "LSNR3F01"

of the source code of program "LSNR3F01" (when calling the editor 2420).

Error occurred during batch input processing

Does anyone have come across this problem or have any clue as why this error could occur.

Need you help in resolving the issue.
