Solution_Manager transaction displays a blank screen

Hello SM gurus,

I have implemented all the steps needed for the Maintenance Optimizer,

but the Solution_Manager screen always displays a blank screen. In

Transaction SE38, "GRAPHICS_IGS_ADMIN" report also gives a blank screen

and so does "IGS test" in RSRT transaction. I even

updated to the current version of IGS, but no luck.

When I go to http://hostname:40080 , it says "SAP IGS is running". Please

let me know if anything else needs to be activated to get this working.

    I download the patch for Sapgui640 and IE7 located at
