Broadcasting from WAD

I am creating a planning template where users submit the information to us. When they click on Submit, I use the SAVE command to update the values in the cube.

I want to add a command to automatically e-mail when the button is pressed. The only option I can find is the Broadcasting Wizard - can I pre-program the selections for the wizard? I can do it for the Export_Template (to have it in a specific format, etc).

has anyone done this? Any ideas?

Hi Pavel,

You can so the same...

Create a button we item through WAD and through this button call the URL of the Broadcasting application.From there u have to just click execute/schedule the report.

I've done this and it is very convenient for users.

that's the extra step that I am trying to avoid - I would like to "pre-define" the broadcast settings, so the users don't even know that an e-mail is being submitted.
