Automatic routing to delegate approver in purchase req workflow

Hi All,

I was wondering if there is way to do the following:

In purchase req workflow, after 40 hours of no activity, the client wants the item to be forwarded to a predetermined delegate. Is there a way to do that with the workflow. The 40 hr period is based on the SAP plant based calender.

you can do that with deadline monitoring. Search the forum for answers and how to's.
