Add new customer fileds at Item level in ME21n/Me22n

Hi Friends,

We have a requirement adding four standard fields GL account and descrition and Cost center and description in new tab(subscreen ) at item level.

I am not comfortable with OO ABAP .

what is the step by step process for achieving this .
