hello all,
our SPL check is blocking a sales document when the address in this document was changed manually.
the SPL service is done synchronously. the same should happen for such changed addresses in sales orders.
any idea, how this can be reached ?
many thanks
peter
Hello Peter,
It requires configuration change to screen the documents synchronously. By default SAP Delivers with Asynchronous screening. You can change this configuration in IMG path: SAP Global Trade Services --> SAP Compliance Management --> General Settings --> Document Structure --> Activate Item Categories.
Make sure, this configuration change will impact the performance of the Sales Order when you change the address in the Order. This may depends on your Hardware configuration. Let me know if you have more questions on this.
with best regards

Could you please explain the scenario?
By default, any changes to the address at the the document (sales order / sales delivery / sales invoice) is checked again with the SPL index in GTS. You can view the results in the log.
You mentioned that SPL check is blocking the sales document when the address is changed manually which is correct. This is the standard behaviour. Do you want this SPL check not to be carried out?
Not able to understand your second part which mentions 'the same should happen for such changed addresses in sales orders', as this should happen by default.

Do you want this SPL check not to be carried out? yes
Please let me know if I want to deactivate this functionality when we change the address at the Sales order change level ?
if I change the Address at VA02 , the Customer address not under SPL or Embargo , is there any possibilities not to block with GTS for that sales order?
Thanks
Tarun
