Deployment aborted in Local portal

Hi experts,

I am trying to deploy my application in Local portal. But while deploying i am getting the following error.

"Server HDCHARTOMR049 did not accept login request as admin on port 50018. Details: ERROR: Could not establish connection to server HDCHARTOMR049 at port 50018: Connection refused: connect"

what could be the problem...?

Please help me to solve this.
