Problem in installing 4.7 IDES

hello

while installing the database instance of the sap 4.7 ides on windows server 2003 with oracle database i get the following error.

the last few lines of the error log are

INFO 2009-01-29 17:12:38

Changed working directory to C:\SAPinst ORACLE KERNEL.

ERROR 2009-01-29 17:12:38

MSC-01004 Couldn't create task file C:\SAPinst ORACLE KERNEL/SAPSSEX2.TSK

ERROR 2009-01-29 17:12:38

FJS-00012 Error when executing script.

Is there enough room on the C: drive to create this file? Some of those TSK files are fairly large.

Does the sidadm/SAPService account have permission to create files in this folder?

Just wondering...

there is about 16gb space in the c drive

and there are enough persmission for the sap user

Use proper SAP disk/dump ...

as far as i know the dumps are without errors
