ABAP for a Simple Transfer Routine

Dear BW and ABAP experts,

As a traditional BASIS person but new BW admin, I need to write a Local Transfer Rule to filter a couple unwanted records for 0PLANT_ATTR InfoSource (WERKS = ‘0001’ or WERKS = ‘ZY01’). I don’t know ABAP though I know where to start the Transfer Routine editor. It is greatly appreciated if someone can provide me with the necessary steps and/or the sample ABAP code.
