Please tell me what is the meaning of SDCOM and VARCOND related to Variant configuration.

SDCOM & VKOND are the table and fiels names where the pricing values of the (variants) characteristics are going to be stored,

That is why u are entering these values in the pricing characteristic alone,, not to other characteristics

Hope u understand now. please post for further clarifications.

It sets up a link from Variant Configuration to Sales pricing, for Price Condition types VA00 VA01.

You can have certain user selections in configuration effect the sales price of the configurable item(s)

Search for Variant Configuration documentation and you will find some detail examples of it's use
