Schedule to a file location on a different domain

Hello, we need help configuring a scheduled report to a file location. Our BO server lives in a different domain than where we want the file to write. For example purposes, we'll say the server is in the N domain and the file destination is in the Z domain. The BO user is also in the N domain, as expected. N users cannot write to the file share in the Z domain. My users can put in their Z credentials on their scheduled reports, but since the BO user and box are in a different domain, we can't get the files to write. Our system admin wants to get the BO box to "see" the box in the Z domain. I'm not sure it's enough or even possible from a security standpoint. We thought we could clone the Adaptive Job Server and put a Z user id in there. Would that work? Has anyone encountered this before? Thanks!

    It should be possible.
You can create a SIA with JOB server which will be run under user with Z credentials and then server group with that server, so all reports that need to go to Z will be processed there.
Or you can run your normal SIA under user that has rights on both domains.
Or you can make that share accessible to specific user from N domain (your SIA account) - this needs to be done at your AD/Network administrator level.

But the basics remain the same - if you need BOE to write file to a location - the user under which BOE services are running has to have access to that location. How that access is organized is up to you.
