SAPOSCOL (urgent plz)

Dear All,

I have one application server with 3 different dialog instances runnig with it. How many SAPOSCOL do I need. Is it necessary that I run separate SAPOSCOL for separate instances OR only one SAPOSCOL is enough.

Hi Muhammad,

You only need one SAPOSCOL per server, even if you have multiple SAP systems running in one box.

I know that onje SAPOSCOL is enough per Server, what I want to know is that I have three dialog instances running on different machines. Do I need SAPOSCOL running separately on each dialog instance machine.

Yes... If you have 3 different appl servers in 3 different boxes you need 1 SAPOSCOL per box so it can collect the OS statistics of the three servers
