Dear All,

Please provide me SOP flow with T Code.

Hi Vijay,

Find below the flow of SOP.

1. Create Product group in transaction code MC84.

Enter Plant, Base Unit, choose Materials as Product Groups.

2. Enter the Member name, plant and Proportion Factor and Save.

3. Create Production Plan in transaction code MC81. Enter the Version Number and enter.

Now In row against Sales enter qty and choose that line and go to Edit,

create Prodn Plan synchronous to sales and save.

4. Create Rough cut Planning Profile in transaction code MC35 / enter the product group

and plant and execute

5. Enter the Status, Usage, from lot size , to lot size and enter.

6. Choose resources tab & then choose work center & enter work center name which you consider as a bottle neck & then enter the unit of measure as 'min'.

7. Now in MC82 check the capacity situation.

Choose inactive version and select your version.

8. Now go to Views ---> capacity situation -Rough Cut Planning-> show

and check for any over loads.

9. Change the inactive version to Active version in transaction code MC78.

Enter your inactive Version and target version as A00 and copy and save.

10. Go and Check the activated version in MC82 displayed as Active Version.

Go to extras ---> Transfer to Demand Management

11. Enter your Active Version and choose Transfer Now.

12. Now Go to MD62 and check whether requirement have been transferred.

13. MD02/MD04 and Planned orders will be created.

SOP flow is working fine.

Do you have any Business Scenario for SOP or test case?

so that I can test with SOP.

Just go ahead with the steps that i have given. If u face any problems while doing just post the quesry and i would definitely he;lp u.
