    Hi,

For any Printouts in Sales/purchase we give message/output type NEU/INV

We can find from the message types wether Printout is taken or not if messages are assigned.

There is Way to find by checking how many times the Spool has been generated for the Particular message Type for a particualr user. It is a lengthy process and u need to do ABAP coding for that.

      Hi,

There are 2 tables available: NAST (Message Status) and NACH (Detailed output data). In the table NACH there is a field: ANZAL which should give you the Total no.of.copies for a given document no.

      Regards,

      JLN
