Condition in Actions

Hi all,

While user creating the quotation with ref opportunity, that opportunity status should be a " won", other wise system should not allow the user to create quotation with ref opportunity.

Can any one help how can if define the "if" and "if else" condition in actions, its an argent requirement.

"Points will be awardded"

hi

u can first up i want to tell u that u can create ur actions using wizard and also manually,if by wizard u r maintaining ur actions then start condition can easily be chosen from navigatiing options.

if ur creating action manually then start condition can be applied .just go into the action conditions and in the tab processing type give ur start condition like using condition editor

Direct text entry (traditional mode)

You can select the expressions and operators for constructing the

condition using the F4 input help.

Mouse-oriented (PC mode)

The screen of the condition editor is divided into three areas

(Operators/Expressions and Editing)

condition can be like

&business object.user status = E003,

in above i have given the example of lead object say and E003 denotes the status of lead in process .

first go and select container element from business object which is quotation in ur case and then select6 operator which is = in my case and then give whatever value u want to give to ur condition
