yMkt Target Group Import From C4C

Hi,

is it possible to export target groups from C4C and import them in Hybris Marketing (Cloud)?

Or do I have to create the target groups again in yMkt? The contact data from C4C is automatically replicated to yMkt.

Hi Tobias,

Target Group replication from C4C to yMkt is currently not supported.

As you mentioned you can replicate Business Partners from C4C and then recreate the target groups in yMkt.

I find that referencing the "Integration Flow" excel sheet which can be found in the Integration section of

provides a very quick and authoritative guide on what is and isn't available for replication.
