FAVICON NOT DISPLAYED WHEN ACCESSING PORTAL VIA WEB DISPATCHER

Hi experts,

We are facing an strange behaviour in our Portal regarding the portal favicon.ico file. We have replaced original SAP favicon.ico file in the required paths:

/usr/sap/Pxx/JCxx/j2ee/cluster/server0/apps/sap.com/com.sap.engine.docs.examples/servlet_jsp/_default/root

/usr/sap/Pxx/JCxx/j2ee/cluster/server0/apps/sap.com/com.sap.lcr/servlet_jsp/sld/root

/usr/sap/Pxx/JCxx/j2ee/cluster/server0/apps/sap.com/com.sap.lcr/servlet_jsp/sld/root/img

/usr/sap/Pxx/JCxx/j2ee/cluster/server0/apps/sap.com/com.sap.rprof.remoteProfile/servlet_jsp/exchangeProfile/root/img

After rebooting the portal server the original SAP icon was replaced by our client's icon when accesing directly to the portal server (it works! we thought) but when accessing through the Web Dispatcher, surprisingly the old SAP icon was still there (both in IExplore 7.0 and FireFox).

We've tried to look for an SAP icon in the Web Dispatcher root folder, any other folder in its directory structure but we haven't been able to find out what's the cause of the SAP icon being displayed when accessing via Web Dispatcher.

Anyone knows what happens?

Thanks in advance.
