PLANNER group b,c,d

i want to get the user id of all members of group b who has authorisation of creating a particular order

    Hi satapathy, you will need to speak to your security administrator to get some of the information. To be honest you should just give this request to them & they can sort it out.

    1. Identify the transaction code which users are creating the orders with

    2. Identify which (if any) authorisation object controls the orders that a user can create.

    3. Use report SUIM->User-> Users by Complex Selection Criteria -> Auth values to search for users with S_TCODE = <tx you use to create orders> + Object & values for particular order.

    You can also include a 3rd object into the analysis - worth including the object that controls plant access for the tx you use to create orders. Populate this for the actual plant you want to restrict the selection for and you will have the info you need.
