Accessing GP from UWL

Hi All,

I can see tasks related to GPs assigned to me under Home -> Work -> Universal WorkList. But when I click on the task I get an error message

Could not retrieve process instance: contact your system administrator.

However, when I access the same task from Guided Procedures -> Runtime -> Tasks that require my action, I am able to execute the relevant Processes in GP.

How can this problem be fixed? Any suggestions, pointers will be helpful and will be rewarded suitably 😊
