"Locking" or "approving" funtion in BPS

hello everyone.

I want to implement this business scenarios:

1. different roles or persons with hierarchies entering their own planning work-lists respective, and the top hierarchy can monitor and approve the lower roles on the unified platform, it's better to structuring the hierarchies like a TREE, and every point on the TREE can connect to their own planning platform.

2. using the status and track system to tracing the planning process.
