SAP PM priority problem

Hi. I am facing one problem regarding priority type. Client creates plan - one with selecting priority type and another without priprity type. Now after scheduling is done, notification and orders are generated. For selection without priority type notification date and order date are same. But for other that is "with priority " system changes the notification date to current date. I have checked config. for priority , there are zero days maintained. Now client requirement is evenif he select priority type , the notification date and order date should be same. How it can be mapped in SAP. Kindly guide
