Profit Centre Group report (with functional area)

Dear All,

Is there a way to report on profit centre groups, but with a filter on functional area ?

see GR55 report and take report group 8A2N and execute.

Then give required profit center group and execute it and select actual line items then you can see the functional area wise details.

This suggestion returns no data, which might be because we are using the new ledger.

Hi,

regarding drill-down reports maybe the following might help you:

You can use transaction 'FGI0' --> Select any report --> right-mouse-

click --> CHANGE --> under tab rider 'Characteristics' you see the

selection characteristics. Activate field 'Profit Center' in Column

'Hierarchy' --> In the appearing PopUp window you can enter a Profit

Center Group or choose 'Enter at execution'.

If reports should also show such hierarchy areas then also the criteria

controlling area has to be added from the list of available character-

istics because hierarchies are always based on controlling area level.

Finally click 'Save' and use the report.
