function module - How can I control the unlimitted records?

i created a datasource using generic extraction with function module.

In RSA3 i checked records it shows total record numbers 3159 but when i scheduled in bw therecords in monitor screen increases double , triple .......so on. unlimitedly status is still in yellow. In step by step analysis i got a message 'no end confirmation arrived in the warehouse from the source system in the olap system you can check

whether the background process was terminated'. jobview is in still active. How can I control the records?
