Hi Folks,
When i creating CRM Service order in t cde CRMD_order when i select Custom Support Message in the business transaction. In the Custom Support message screen I get Fast entry, item details and Transaction data tab.However in this case i wish not have the item data tab in the screen.What is the customising i need to do to not have item details in this transaction.Pls help urgent.

You can achive this using txL shd0 (transaction and screen varients).
