Availability Check-automatically in MTO

Hi SD Guru,

I have make-to order sales order issue of availability checking.

1. After geting stock against sales order-MTO line item wise. why we have to check availability in sales order VA02, before creating outbound delivery?

2. Any other T-code to run availability checking based on sales order number without going to VA02?

my problem is we can't give authorization of VA02 to warehouse user.
