Customer Hierarchy in COPA

I am a newbie and had a question for you gurus. When I am loooking at a profitab document I am noticing the CustHier fields are blank. Where is the customer hierarchy in COPA setup and how does it relate back to the profitab document?

Customer hierarchy maintained at SD Module, once it is set with respect to customer and COPA is activated, through Customer Hierarchy derivation strategy the details of customer hierarchy populated into COPA tables.

You can check the data either in CE1XXXX or CE4XXXX. CE4XXXX consists of profitability segments while CE1NA10 is actual line items. All COPA tables will seem bulky data they contain.

Try CE4XXXX and field name should be HIE01, HIE02.. depending upon the hiearchy levels populated.

Try this out. Hope this may help you.
