Hi all,
currently our CAL instance SAP S/4HANA 1610 (FPS 01) fully activated appliance remains in status Activating and we are not able to suspend it neither manually nor automatically. Three systems of four are up and running and only Windows system remains in status activating. However the appliance status is (Error - Activating) and it's impossible to restart it (suspend and start) from cal console. The option is disabled.
Any ideas?

Hello,
Could you please check the actual state of the solution instance. Sometimes it requires little bit more time all the instances to be activated in the Cloud Provider.
