"Permission Denied error in Portal iVIew..

Hi ,

We have recently upgraded the Service pack to our CRM environment to SP13 with the SAP CRM 5.0 SP11. Also we have upgraded our Portal environment to Netweaver SP13 with the Business Package BP_CRM 5.0 SP1.

The Internet Customer self service (ICSS) is being integrated in portal with the use of the SAP delivered iView in the portal content 'Content Provided by SAP >Specialist>CRM>Channel Management>Service

After the upgrade, we are presently getting 'permission denied' error in Portal while accessing this iView.

This used to be working properly before the upgrade.

Please advice. Any help would be highly appreciated.

check the permissions of the iview (may be they have changed.make sure end use permissions are there)

Thanks a lot for the response. I checked all the permission level for the portal contents.It seems the error in somewhere else like passing the session variable to the ICSS application or so.The application is loading perfectly as I click the iView tab second time.
