Hello,
Can any one tell me if there is any SAP Standard Report which can pull out all Cost Centers blocked against posting/Locked.

Hi,
Go into KS13 & select all Cost centers. After executing see against the "Actual Lock indiactor" how many cost centers are locked for primary postings.
