Cost Center Locked/Blocked Report with all Objects attached/assigned to it

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is any SAP Standard Report which can pull out all the Cost Centes which are blocked against posting/Locked and also if report can help me out in pulling all the objects (OM Objects) linked to the Cost Center blocked/locked.
