    Hi

In SAP, Raw material is called material type ROH and Finished prodiuct material type is FERT.

Typically raw material is procured from externally, so it will have Purchase views in the material master..

Finished product is delivered to external customer, it will have sales views in the material master.

    regards

    Srinivas
