Update on one employee number automatically update another one

Hi Guys

I have two different employee numbers, when I update First and last name on one employee number it automatically update the first name and last name of another different employee number....not sure why is it possible

concurrent employment ?

check if both personnel numbers are linked together via object type CP

Are these 2 employee numbers linked through IT0031 ?

As suggested by Volker Binder, check table HRP1001 for relation A_209 from P to CP for these 2 Persons.
