HI,

IN SXMB_MONI FIRST CHECK THE STATUS OF MESSAGE

IF IT IS SCHEDULED FOR PROCESSING THEN DEFINITEDLY UR MESSAGE IN STUCK IN QUEUE

FOR THIS IN SXMB_MONI GO TO QUEUE ID COLUMN

OF UR MESSAGE DOUBLE CLICK ON IT .IT WILL TAKE U

TO SMQ2 .THERE CHECK THE STATUS OF QUEUE

IF ITS SYSFAIL THEN JUST CANCAL THE MESSAGE AND TRY TO SEND IT AGAIN

ALSO CHECK WHETHER UR QUEUE IS REGISTERED IN

TRANSACTION SMQR.THIS SHOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Hi Suma,

SMQ1- for outbound ques

SMQ2-for inbound ques

u mentioned that 7 entries are avialble in SMQ2.

i.e 7 messages are strucked in inbound que.

please relase the que( i mean unlock it) and refresh it

u have to make the end no.of entries should be zero.

then u scenario will work.

mahesh.

Hi Suma,

Which version if PI are you using? Is it 7.0?

PI 7.0 usually has a bit of cache problems, please ask your basis team to contact SAP and raise a ticket on this. You might have to apply a patch to resolve this problem.

Hi Suma,

R u using FTP or NFS?

If u r using FTP then plz check whether u have given all parameters correctly in Receiver File adapter.

Also check the path in FTP server.

Hope ur channel is in active state.

Thanks,

Maheshwari.

Hi,

Im using NFS but no content conversion is been done. I have specified all the parameters nd the channel is active.

Hi Suma,

Since the message is not visible in the MONI first check the senedr communication channel and go thru the trace It will help you to identify whether the file was really picked up and plcaed in XI pipeline or not .

I think it failed in the sendr Channel itself or will be in Wait state

Hi,

1. Check in moni, to know the excat coz why file is not being created.

2. Check the Receiver CC parameters carefully like specialy file name & dir name.

3. Try with some other dir too. May be there can be a dir access issue.

Hi,

1) Check in Sxmb_moni whether the message is succesfull

2) RWB check in Adapter montoring.. whether it is success

3) The Receiver side check whether the folder has the right to write the file.

Hi Suma,

did you check the monitoring (SXMB_MONI and Message-Monitoring of RWB) what happend to your file? Did you get any errors? Maybe also check Adapter Monitoring.

Hi ,

When i do Message Monitoring in RWB im getting a msg stating "No messages Found" and in the Adapter Monitoring both the communication channels are working fine but with the receiver channel it says " No message processing until now".

One more thing in SXI_CACHE, there is a error unable to refresh cache contents. And in Integration Directory, when i do cache notifications, it shows not yet started. What has to be done??? Is there any services that has to be started wrt ID???

Thanks,

Hi,

Are you getting any errors in Moni, If moni shows successful then check the details of the receiver communication channel.

Also try to refresh the Cache and check whether the system works fine by processing those files.

Hi,

In ID goto Environment and in that click cache notification, there u will have the refresh button. refresh the ID and if u have changed any thing in IR and ID do the same thing.

In ur system the objects are not changes are not geting activated.Do it and if u still get probelm update the thread.

Hi Suma,

From the previos mail, i understood that your receiver communication channel is ok in CC monitoring.

if you don't mine, can u update the audit log of receiver communication channel.

mahesh.

I would check in SMQ1, SMQ2 and SXMB_MONI.

Somewhere there will be an error stopping this moving through,
