Hi Gurus,
How can I create notification when customer writes post on Facebook wall?
Or how can I change ticket priority to "immediate" when customer writes post on Facebook wall?
On the other hand how to distinguish Facebook wall post with Facebook direct message?
Can I use workflow rules or should I write some PDI development code?
