Required Spool NO.

Dear Xperts

i made a PO and mail to the party. the question is i want to know the spool no. for generating the PDF file for PO how to get it from me23n/me22n i cant see it at SOST, if i print the PO then i can see it via spool request from the menu

Overall my question is if i mail the PO to the vendor then how could i get the spool no.

go to T.code: SM37

Enter the Job name for sending the P.O by Mail

Enter the date.

Check the spool. you can find the P.O .

We are having the same application and we can able to see the P.O

can you give the example

i enter the ZEU (email) and NEU (print output)but message got

No job matches the selection criteria

Message no. BT145

Diagnosis

No jobs could be found that met the selection criteria that you specified.

No action taken.

you can view spool number for all user in SP02 T.code

otherwise particular user view in SP01 T.code

i didnot get it from your suggestions

see i did a mail to the party (PO) i want to trance its spool no.

how i got it.

i checked sp01 and sp02

it displays only those spool nos. which was generate via print msg not from email msg.

pls help me....on this issue.

I hope u need to run tcode SBWP,

this will show all inbox and outbox for ur workplace

Hi,

check what do u find in outbox floder

mail sen are moved in outbox by default so check it
