GRC - EAM Notification email sent to wrong email

Hi all,

we have configured the Notification Email for EAM, we have one case for which the notification is not sent to the proper email address:

- If the Approver requests to the Firefighter user to add more information to the Firefighter Log, an email should be sent to the Firefighter User (the Requestor) to inform him that there is a new item in his WorkInbox but in our case. The email is sent instead to the WF-BATCH user or to the user who run the Batch-Job. (i.e: If I run the JOBs with my userID, the email is sent to me instead to the requestor).

Have you an idea why we have this behaviour?

Note that the Notification email is working well for the Approver, so as soon as a Firefighter Log is generated, the Approver is notified that there's a Firefighter Log to be reviewed. This email is sent by the WF-BATCH id (Parameter 1113) and is received by the Approver (Email in SU01), which is fine.
