ST03N - Task Type Name > DIALOG > Ø Time

Team,

- Is it correct to evaluate a performance of a environment NetWeaver BW> ST03N> by the field "Task Type Name"> "DIALOG"> Ø Time> with a value less than or equal to 2,000,0s?

Taking into account the Help informs:
SAP Workload: Task Type Name: DIALOG: The transaction step is usually started online by the user (such as editor dialogs or manual postings).

I would like some help, documentation or a discussion of ideas about this evaluation.
I can not find an orientation on this field or a more detailed help so that I could have a help to better understand this parameter or use another field as an evaluation of the environment.

I noticed that there is no relationship between the increase of DIALOG> ØTime with respect to DIALOG> ØDBTime for example. So I end up not having a reference that I'm actually evaluating the performance of the environment correctly using this parameter. Even knowing that over two years the value ØTime was below 2,000.0s and now without an apparent reason this value only increases.

It is valid to inform that users do not complain about performance.
