Event ID in job Scheduling

Hi Gurus,

What is Event ID in Background scheduling? I could find it under

sm36->start Condition -> After event

What is the event here we need to specify?

Where we can define our own events in SAP?

Thanks for the reply, But I didnt find asnwer to my Query,

I could find lit bit info in those links, But I couldnt find where we can define an event in SAP? mean to ask, is there any t-code to that.
