I downloaded CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_21.msi and run with an administrator account,however I get an error "1904", I found in MSI2893b.LOG file this type of message for some DLLs:
"Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\crtslv.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024770. Contact your support personnel."
I verifyed that this DLLs does not exists in that path.
Note: I don't have this issue with the previous version CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_20.msi
