Lumpsum Contract

Hi Guru's,

My requirement is to create a Lumpsum Contract and the Release Order against the Contract should be in Partial as per the progress of the work.

Example: I have raised a Lumpsum Contract for Water Tank for a Value of 10,00,000/- and I need to pay the Vendor Basing on the Progress of the work, If he Completes 10% in a Month, We need to pay 10% of The Lumpsum Contract to the Vendor.

How to map this requirement.

Hi,

This can be done through a standard service catalog.By clubbing of different services we can prepare a standard service catalog.

Ex: 1.Brick work

2.Plastering

3.Plumbing work

4.Finishing work.

This can be used for creating the servicePO or work order.

For your requirement...you can use Invoicing plan.....and do the settlement in MRIS

The Progress of the work is not constant it may vary from 5 to 50%

In SAP contract works like what exactly is yr requirement..

Check SAP procedure..
