Hi Sahiba,

I am not sure what you mean by your question, but here is an exerpt from the program's documentation:

The program provides the following functions:

o The standard system contains various texts for the e-mails to the

above-mentioned employees. If you want to write your own texts, you

can create them in the Documentation Maintenance transaction (SE61).

Choose the document class Dialog Text.

If you go to SE61 you first need to choose Document Class: Dialog Text (code DT) and then enter the text name you want to read. You can also create your own in this transaction.
