Hi All,
what is the process of receive free goods.
I have generated the PO for 1000 bearing , against that PO i
have received the goods of 1000 bearing + 100 pens,
now tell how to receive the free goods (pens) in SAP.
How to account pens.

U can use discount in KIND concept in Purchasing..
Or follow as said by Suresh--if it is a one time process..

create a non valuaed material for pen, add the same material in PO and activate the FREE material indicator in line item level.2nd next to info record field in PO line item
