please let me know how to delete Iviews which is running on Portal currently. whether this change affect our portal.

As per my understanding you want to remove an existing iView which is not working. Go to Content Administration -> Portal content. Find the role from the folders. Open it. Locate the iView and delete it. This will not delete the iView reference from the role and not the iView itself. Anyway, your iView will not appear. Now whatever functionality you want to include, do it, create a new iView and then add it to this role. This will display the new iView.

AM facing a Urgent High Priority Issue, that i have to remove Iview "Account Information-Customer Fact Sheet" from CRM roles. Currently, the CRM roles have an additional 2nd level navigation "customer Fact Sheet". this should be removed, as it is not working and the functionality should be executed using the button "Customer Fact Sheet".
Guru this is the issue i got from my counter part, please assist me.
