    Hi Vinay,

Go to your 001 client and unlock the user from su01 there. If it doesn't work then you have to activate the sap* user.

But try unlocking from the su01 only.As by default installation your j2ee_admin may not have the role SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION it would have the role

SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION_RO which gives only read permissions.First unlock your j2ee_admin user.If any problem please write back .

    Hi Vinay,

If you want to edit the user details from user management

then you have to assign the role SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION to your sapjsf user.

the profile for the above role will not be there by default so you have to create it by the transaction 'SUPC'.

      Hi Vinay,

You can directly go to the client 001 and in SU01 you can unlock it.If not you can try restarting the whole r/3 once.

I hope you have assigned the role sap_bc_jsf_communication

      to sapjsf user.

      Reward points if helpfull.

      Regards,

      Vamshi.
