I want to see the change log for control cycle of kanban.

there is a field named (Additional Functions for Control Cycles) in customizing, where we can add a change log function to the main menu of PKMC,
but I couldn't find this field (Additional Functions for Control Cycles) in OM00. is there any additional setting I should maintain?
